"Wait, aren’t I just inviting you to steal my clients?"

Absolutely not! Inspection Pit Crew is strictly a business-to-business service offered ONLY to licensed inspectors. It is NOT available to real estate agents, attorneys, your clients, or anyone else who is a party to the real estate transaction. Our goal is to help inspectors to do more with less time and investment.

"How can I make more money per inspection?"

First, we charge you our wholesale prices for ancillary services. YOU decide what to charge your client. Second, you become the “go to” service. No need for clients or agents to look elsewhere, you bring it all to the table, without additional investment in training or equipment.

"What if something happens, who would be liable?"

Inspector Pit Crew team members are fully insured with liability, E&O, along with worker’s comp coverage. This insurance is primary and extends to our referral source.

"What geographical areas do you serve?"

Inspector Pit Crew services the entire Chicagoland area and some parts of Southeast Wisconsin. Some geographic areas may be subject to a surcharge.
